I actually won with this cards effect. I used Quick-Play Spell cards to prevent its destruction. Used Forbidden Dress to prevent destruction from trap cards like Mirror Force. Used Forbidden Lance to prevent Counter Cleaner from removing the counters. The Shrink Card also does wonders. Since it's only limited to having your Spell/Trap Zone free, I used Utopia to prevent attacks and Stardust Dragon to destroy cards that would destroy this card. Then again, it was probably dumb luck that won me the duel with my friend.
