You can only use this effect of "Chronogear Arch - Armor Jet Dragon" once per turn.

Monster Effect
If this card is Pendulum Summoned: It gains 500 ATK and DEF. When this card attacks while you have 3 or more face-up "Chronogear" monsters in your Extra Deck, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn, if you Special Summon a "Chronogear" monster from the Extra Deck this turn, except Pendulum Summon:: You can banish 1 "Chronogear" card from your Graveyard, then target 1 card your opponent controls; place that target on the bottom of the Deck.
